The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Design Engineer with a solid background in Building Services Engineering. They will be capable of independently developing designs from initial concept stage through to Issued for Construction (IFC), ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and best practice.
The candidate should possess proven experience in the design of a broad range of building services systems, including:

• Ventilation and HVAC Systems
• Drainage Systems
• Chilled Water and Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) Systems
• Potable Water Systems
• Sprinkler Systems
• Steam Systems
• Compressed Air Systems
• Clean Utilities

In addition, the candidate should demonstrate familiarity with the associated plant and equipment, including but not limited to:

• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Chillers
• Computer Room Air Handling Units (CRAHs)
• Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Units
• Pumps
• Smoke Extract Fans

A working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls associated with these systems and equipment is also essential.
The ideal candidate will be able to take full responsibility for the technical integrity of their designs, coordinating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and contributing to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
