Job Description: Site Survey / Verification Lead

Location: Project-based, on-site within a BIM environment

Reports to: Digital Construction Manager

Overview:
The Site Survey / Verification Lead is responsible for delivering Site Set Out and As-Built Surveys for each project. This role involves close collaboration with BIM Coordinators and the Site Team to set out M&E installations using Total Station throughout the project lifecycle and performing Laser Scanning post-installation to update As-Built models. Additionally, the Lead may assist with smaller projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Site Set Out and As-Built Surveys for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and Site Team to set out M&E installations.
• Use Total Station for accurate setting out during project progression.
• Perform Laser Scanning after installations to update As-Built models.
• Assist with other smaller projects as required.
• Ensure all surveys and verifications are precise and meet project specifications.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication between all stakeholders.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols on-site.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using Total Station and Laser Scanning equipment.
• Experience in a BIM environment.
• Strong understanding of M&E installations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
