  • Work collaboratively with architectural, civil, MEP, construction, and non‑technical stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Support Design & Build and Design/Bid/Build project delivery models on projects typically valued at €20M+.
  • Manage and coordinate structural design consultants and fabrication teams.
  • Contribute to contract negotiations, providing value‑added engineering solutions without compromising safety or quality.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and jurisdictional standards.
  • Provide on‑site technical support, ensuring strong constructability understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

  • Direct structural design experience (typically 3–6 years).
  • On‑site construction experience (typically 3–4 years) with a strong appreciation of constructability.
  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams with a calm, methodical, and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Excellent understanding of:
    • Structural calculations and design principles

    • Basic civil scope elements
  • Strong working knowledge of Design & Build and Design/Bid/Build project environments.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Forward‑thinking, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure.
