We’re delivering major data centre work: fast-moving environments, demanding clients, and the kind of technical detail that makes lesser QSs cry into their remeasurement sheets. What you’ll actually be doing

Running projects commercially, start to finish
You’ll take ownership from tender stage all the way through to final accounts. Budgets, BOQs, profit plans, reporting—the whole commercial lifecycle sits with you and your project team.

Managing subcontractors like a pro
Interim valuations, sub-contractor accounts, final accounts, remeasurement, dayworks, site change orders. You’ll drive clarity, fairness and accuracy—because ambiguity is expensive.

Spotting commercial risks before they become commercial disasters
If you’re good at reading the room—and the contract—you’ll fit right in. You’ll identify risks early and get them in front of Senior Management promptly.

Keeping scheduling and commercial reality aligned
You’ll work closely with Planning to make sure progress reporting is right, because inaccurate reporting creates knock‑on headaches none of us need.

Negotiating where it matters
With clients, reps, subcontractors. You won’t be thrown into the deep end without support—but you’re expected to swim confidently.

Documenting everything properly
Records, backups, evidence, numbers. If you’re not detail‑driven, this role will exhaust you. If you are, you’ll love the control it gives you.

Bringing pace AND accuracy
A rare combination—but essential here. We operate fast, and the commercial output needs to keep up.
