What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the link between design, installation, and commissioning for all MEP systems on site. In simple terms: you’ll make sure what’s designed gets built properly, safely, and on time.
Here’s what that really means:
- Overseeing Mechanical and Electrical installation across multiple packages
- Reviewing drawings, designs, and tech subs to ensure buildability and compliance
- Closing the loop between design queries, RFIs, and site execution
- Supporting QA/QC teams to ensure installations meet standards
- Coordinating with CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning leads
- Keeping a close eye on progress, quality, and technical risks
- Helping solve problems early — ideally before they become problems
What you need If you’ve worked as an MEP Engineer on large industrial, pharma, semiconductor, or data centre projects, you’ll be comfortable here.
Ideally, you bring:
- Strong experience in MEP coordination on major construction projects
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in large critical‑environment builds
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, commissioning, and construction standards
- The ability to communicate clearly with trades, supervisors, and senior management
- A calm, organised approach in a high‑pressure, high‑pace environment
Where you’ll work The project is based in Fredericia, Denmark with two options:
- 3:1 rotation (3 weeks on site, 1 week home), or
- Permanent relocation
Accommodation, travel, and logistical support are fully covered.
Why consider it
- A flagship European data centre build
- Full exposure to both Mechanical and Electrical delivery
- Progression opportunities across multiple European projects
- A role with genuine influence over quality and execution
