Mechanical Site Supervisor

Mechanical Site Supervisor – Data Centre Project, Milan
If you know how to run a mechanical workfront properly, this is the kind of project where it shows.

Data centres don’t get built by accident.
They’re delivered by supervisors who understand the pace, the pressure, and the importance of getting mechanical systems installed right the first time.

We’re hiring a Mechanical Site Supervisor for a major data centre project in Milan — someone who brings structure, consistency and leadership to a site that moves fast and expects high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take charge of the mechanical installation in your part of the project — leading a crew, coordinating with other trades and keeping progress visible and under control.

Your day will look something like this:

  • Making sure your workfront is safe, organised and set up for productive work.
  • Supervising mechanical activities and delivering your work packages to the standard and timeline expected.
  • Keeping clear daily records so progress, issues and achievements are always understood.
  • Coordinating new work areas with other trades to maintain momentum and avoid clashes.
  • Managing your direct team and giving the direction needed to keep them focused and effective.
  • Working with subcontractors on materials, planning and resolving blockers.
  • Providing technical support when challenges arise.
  • Ensuring your area is clean, compliant and ready for handover.
  • Developing your team so capability grows as the project grows.

If you’ve supervised mechanical teams on big builds before, you already know how pivotal this role is.

Who You Are
You’re steady, organised and dependable — someone who can take responsibility for a section of work and run it well.

You’ll fit well if you:

  • Bring strong experience supervising mechanical works on large, complex sites.
  • Communicate clearly and deal with problems early rather than letting them grow.
  • Know how to coordinate smoothly with other trades — especially on tight data centre schedules.
  • Keep safety, quality and organisation at the centre of your work.
  • Lead people with respect and accountability, not noise and chaos.
  • Are comfortable making decisions and standing over them.

What You’ll Get

  • A flagship data centre build in Milan — technically challenging and career‑defining.
  • A leadership team that backs supervisors who think ahead and solve problems.
  • A role where your day‑to‑day decisions genuinely shape the success of the project.
  • A strong pipeline of work behind this project.
