ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive is responsible for various marketing activities, producing marketing collateral, branded materials, social media, website, digital strategy and analytics, event organisation, amongst other Marketing Department activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Support the Marketing Manager with the development and implementation of the Overall Marketing Strategy.
·       Assist with implementation of a digital strategy for the business.
·       Develop creative, original, high-quality, tailored content.
·       Manage social content calendar and execute campaigns over multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok).
·       Manage PR / advertising calendar.
·       Liaise with external agencies and industry bodies as required.
·       Organise photography and facilitate video content production.
·       Analyse digital data, prepare analytics reports with insights and recommendations.
·       Develop internal communications / PR updates.
·       Supporting the creation of marketing materials and literature, such as brochures, presentations, employee profiles, project profiles, and other relevant marketing collateral as needed. Carry out market research, report writing, content development and presentations, as required.
·       Support the team with event organisation and execution.
·       Sourcing of branded material, stock maintenance and distribution and site branding.
·       Research new trends and digital tools and bring innovative ideas into marketing practices. Provide other required support to the Marketing Manager, Senior Leadership Team, as well as other stakeholders within the business.
·       There may be a requirement to travel on a regular basis to other Company offices and to attend events when required.

KEY EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS
·       Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, business, or other related discipline.
·       4+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
·       Understanding of social media platforms and best practices from a brand / construction industry perspective (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
·       Excellent digital skills across various platforms – content creation, digital analytics, insights and recommendations.
·       Excellent copywriting skills.
·       Track record in digital strategy development and implementation.
·       Experience in developing and executing creative campaigns.
·       Experience with social content management systems (e.g. Hootsuite).
·       Experience with WordPress and SEO management.
·       Experience with AI marketing tools.
·       Experience in professional photography / videography is an advantage.
·       Engineering / construction industry knowledge is an advantage.
·       Full clean driving licence.
