Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate CSA Quantity Surveyor to begin a rewarding career in civil, structural, and architectural surveying. You’ll work alongside experienced commercial, planning, and engineering teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of CSA quantity surveying — from budgeting and measurement to cost reporting and subcontractor engagement.
  
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate CSA Quantity Surveyor, you will:
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents
• Support the management of subcontractor accounts and valuations under CSA packages
• Help track project variations, site instructions, and changes to CSA works
• Collaborate with planning and engineering teams to understand project timelines and cost implications
• Contribute to commercial reporting and record-keeping for CSA activities
• Learn to identify commercial risks and support the resolution of issues with guidance from senior team members
• Develop communication skills by participating in client and internal project meetings
• Ensure accurate documentation of CSA works for payment applications and final accounts
  
What We’re Looking For
• Recent graduate (or final-year student) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline
• Interest in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) trades and construction processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel and general IT proficiency
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  
Desirable (Not Essential)
• Prior work placement or summer internship experience in a construction or engineering setting
• Familiarity with construction contracts or commercial processes
• Interest in working across international projects
