Electrical Site Manager
Projects across Ireland and Europe | Pharma, data centres, and power sectors | Needs someone who can actually run a job
This isn’t a step-up role.
We’re looking for someone who’s already managing sites — and doing it well. Preferably in pharma. Definitely in high-spec, tightly regulated environments.
You’ll be the one keeping everything on track.
Not a clipboard manager. A leader.
The person who knows what’s happening on site before anyone else does.
Kirby Group Engineering aren’t your average contractor.
They’ve got secured projects for years to come, work with blue-chip clients, and invest properly in their people.
They’re also not in the habit of over-promising. You’ll know exactly what you’re walking into.
What the job actually involves:
- Running the site from pre-mobilisation to final handover
- Leading subcontractors and keeping them honest
- Managing productivity, safety and quality — and not letting any one of those slip
- Working directly with the PM and the client to keep everything tight
What you’ll need:
- Recognised electrical trade background
- Several years’ experience running large electrical jobs
- Ideally, you’ve delivered projects in live pharma environments
- You know how to manage variations, drive the schedule, and get things done without drama
- You don’t panic when things go off-plan — you just fix them
IOSH or NEBOSH is useful. But not essential if you’re the one who’s always ten steps ahead.
What’s in it for you:
- Career progression that actually exists
- Training and development through the Kirby Academy
- A business that recognises performance and backs its people
- Competitive salary and benefits — tailored to your experience
- The chance to work with a high-performing team delivering projects that matter
If you’re tired of firefighting other people’s mess and want to work with a team that knows what it’s doing, this is your next move.
