What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the CSA delivery on site, acting as the central point for all civil, structural, and architectural coordination. In simple terms: you’ll make sure the building gets built right, on time, and without surprises.
More specifically, you’ll:

• Oversee all CSA works — civil foundations, concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes, fire stopping, and building envelope
• Coordinate between CSA, MEP, QC, Commissioning, and Design teams
• Review drawings, models, and technical submittals for accuracy and buildability
• Manage RFIs, design queries, and day‑to‑day site issues before they become delays
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with EU codes and client standards
• Support site teams with sequencing, logistics, and installation planning
• Lead coordination meetings and keep stakeholders aligned
• Ensure clean, coordinated handover to commissioning and QA/QC

What you need If you’ve delivered CSA leadership on large industrial, pharma, semiconductor, or data centre projects, you’ll be comfortable here.
Ideally, you bring:

• Strong experience managing CSA works on major construction projects
• Deep understanding of civil, structural, and architectural packages
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and BIM models
• Experience with QA/QC, commissioning support, and compliance requirements
• Confidence working with trades, subcontractors, design teams, and senior management
• A steady, practical mindset in a fast‑paced environment
