HiPo Programme

Our High Potential Project Management (HiPo) Development Programme is an exciting initiative designed to support top talent as they take on new challenges. Through a blend of training, mentoring, and hands-on experience, participants are empowered to grow into future leaders.
Delivered over two years, the programme combines on-the-job learning with classroom learning, in conjunction with Trinity Business School in Dublin. Participants graduate with a Level 8 Higher Diploma in Project Management, providing them with the expertise and qualifications to advance their careers.

This 24-month programme creates a solid foundation for future Project Managers at Kirby.

We believe that a well-structured mentoring programme can contribute to the fast tracking of employee development, recognition, networking and the retention of key talent within the organisation.
Our On-the-Job Coaching Programme is an innovative approach to nurturing and developing our emerging talent through structured on-job development with Line Managers serving as primary coaches to guide and support participants. Over the six modules, you will undergo tailored leadership development as a high potential group under the stewardship of Trinity College Dublin’s best-in-class Business School.
Career Progression
The HiPo Programme is designed to fast-track career progression for Kirby employees aspiring to become Project Managers. By providing a robust the educational foundation and technical training, we set participants up for success in their career moving forward in Kirby.
