The Role
Responsibilities

  • Working with the Quality and Project Management team to provide project management administration and support across up to 10 Projects at any one time.
  • Establish Project Compliance with the Kirby way.
  • Provide Project QC documentation including test and inspection plans.
  • To keep up to date key project files (electronic and hard copy)
  • To collate and chase Quality information, remind team members of key deadlines and assist with ensuring the project is delivered on time.
  • To provide a central point of contact for communication Quality Control

Requirements

  • Strong Administration skills
  • Can-do and pro-active approach to project and procurement work
  • Confident phone manner
  • Excellent IT skills (particularly excel and work)
  • Ability to work on different tasks at the same time and juggling priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for fostering good relations.
  • Preferable previous experience within the construction industry
  • Quality Control Experience preferred but no essential as training will be given.
